My name is Steve Nicholas, Sales & Marketing Real Estate Agent for RE/MAX Heritage, Maryborough. I have worked in the Real Estate industry for a number of years in Hervey Bay and surrounding areas. During that time I received awards for sales at RE/MAX which put me in the elite 100% club. This was achieved while at RE/MAX 1st Class under the direction and leadership of Nigel Dwyer. Following the sale of the RE/MAX office, I took the opportunity to broaden my experience in sales with another successful and motivated office and joined the office of Mike Smith Real Estate, a franchise of Coldwell Banker in Hervey Bay. This association provided another great working relationship in my real estate career and with much thought and deliberation I accepted the challenge and the opportunity to move into the Maryborough market to join forces with Nigel Dwyer to form our effective business unit (EBU) known as TEAM VISION.

I am very passionate about the industry in which I work. Having lived in the area going on twenty years with my wife Louise, we have seen lots of changes.
