"To Chantal Groom, Thank you for all the hard yards. Your professionalism stood out from day one and the evident sale was justly deserved. We have bought and sold several properties over time, but the professionalism shown by this young woman in particular has stood out and we have no hesitation whatsoever in strongly recommending RE/MAX Heritage to any prospective buyers or vendors."

"I recently purchased a home in Maryborough and had the good fortune to contact RE/MAX Heritage regarding one of their properties.
The good fortune is due entirely to my dealings with sales representative. From the first I found her to be honest and upfront. She did not show me properties that didn’t meet my criteria and unlike several other agents I dealt with, at no time did she try the hard sell approach.
Her personal service, however, did not finish once I purchased my property. I live quite a distance away and as my new property required some attention before I could rent it, the agent then went over and beyond anything that could be expected of her by voluntarily arranging tradespersons to carry out the work, personally overseeing the renovations and purchasing items required. If and when I am in a position to purchase another property I will not have the slightest hesitation in which agent I will go to.
I would like to sincerely thank RE/MAX for all their hard work on my behalf and for doing everything they did in such a pleasant, happy way, nothing was ever too much trouble.
Anyone looking for an agency in Maryborough would be hard put to find a better one than RE/MAX Heritage."
